United States — LLC

Form a US company recognised by your clients and your banking partners.

State selection, EIN, bank onboarding, Stripe and PayPal activation: we coordinate every step towards an LLC that is operational, not just registered.

Why a US LLC

What the structure delivers in practice

Commercial credibility

A US entity makes it easier to build trust with clients, suppliers and platforms based in the United States.

Banking and payment access

With an EIN in hand, access to a business account, Stripe and PayPal becomes direct, without complex workarounds.

Pass-through taxation

A standard LLC is not taxed at the federal level as an entity — income flows directly to members, based on their own tax situation.

The process

In 4 steps

01

State and structure

Delaware for investor credibility, Wyoming for cost and privacy. LLC in most cases, C-Corp if a funding round is planned.

02

Formation

Articles filed, registered agent appointed, Operating Agreement drafted.

03

EIN issuance

Federal tax ID number, required to open a bank account and activate Stripe or PayPal.

04

Banking and payments

Opening an account suited to non-residents, then activating payment gateways for your activity.

Frequently asked questions

Before you get started

LLC or C-Corp: which should I choose?

An LLC suits the large majority of cases: fewer formalities, pass-through taxation, no board of directors required. A C-Corp becomes relevant when a venture capital round or share issuance is planned.

Does a US LLC grant access to a visa?

No. Company formation and visa approval are two separate processes in the eyes of US authorities. An active LLC can support a future visa application, but never guarantees it.

What happens after formation?

Registered agent renewal, annual state filings and federal tax obligations begin in the first year. A poorly maintained file can result in an administrative suspension of the company.

Do I need to travel to the United States?

No. The entire process — formation, EIN issuance, fintech bank account opening — can be completed remotely.

Timelines shown are indicative and depend on the state chosen, IRS workload and the bank selected. No amount is communicated on this page — a detailed quote is provided after the strategy audit. This content does not constitute tax or legal advice.
